Refund & Returns Policy – Lorea Mae
At Lorea Mae, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns:
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unused
- With tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Damages and Issues:
- Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Please note we cannot accept returns for hazardous materials.
- If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.
- Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges:
The quickest way to receive a different item is to return your original item. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the item you would like instead.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at customerservice.loreamaeuk@outlook.com.
